3、印刷速度:35-50次/分鐘。本機動(dòng)力采用調速電機~220V),這種電機已配用我廠(chǎng)多種機型,該電機耐用、節能。
4、干燥箱溫度調整范圍:常溫~100度。
5、連續印制:將待印產(chǎn)品置入料斗之后,經(jīng)分支梳理、輸送、印刷、干燥、風(fēng)冷、收集等工序,便完成整個(gè)印刷流程。
6、校對絲網(wǎng)版方便:本機設有網(wǎng)版對位微調裝置,當網(wǎng)版初步固定在本機網(wǎng)版支撐框架內之后,由設定在機器上的左右、上下微調裝置,將網(wǎng)版調校到印刷所需的最佳位置。
7、機械結構緊湊,機架采用標準型材制作,零部件經(jīng)鍍鉻或熱處理,提高了本機的穩定性和耐用度,延長(cháng)了本機使用壽命。

三、印刷流程: Printing process:
料斗→梳理→輸送→火焰處理→定位→印刷→干燥→收料
將待印的筆桿等承印物置入料斗,經(jīng)過(guò)自動(dòng)梳理裝置梳理排列,以每次只送一支的準確數量向印刷部件輸送承印物,印刷部件進(jìn)行同步印刷,輸送帶向前同步進(jìn)行輸送承印后的筆桿到干燥箱進(jìn)行干燥,讓油墨冷卻至常溫后馬上干燥,最后直接送產(chǎn)品入收集料斗并自行排列收集。整個(gè)過(guò)程都連續進(jìn)行而完成全自動(dòng)印刷流程。
